Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Design & Desktop, LLC (“we”, “us”), a Delaware limited liability company based in the United States, operating Fix SEO Today at https://fixseotoday.com.

Fix SEO Today is a subsidiary brand of Design & Desktop, LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fix SEO Today is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that helps you analyse websites for SEO and related issues. Features may include site mapping and crawling of URLs you submit, plain-English SEO improvement lists, keyword and competitor tools, speed checks, history, AI-assisted guidance, and optional connections to third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or PostHog).

Features, plans, and limits may change over time. Some capabilities depend on third-party networks, APIs, and the public availability of the sites you ask us to crawl. The Service is provided subject to those external constraints.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login credentials confidential. If you use Google Sign-In, you must also comply with Google’s terms for that account.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans, usage limits, and prices are shown in the product or at checkout. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will communicate material changes as required.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorise Stripe and us to charge the selected payment method for the subscription or order total. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account or order (and refund where appropriate) in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, abuse, or legal restrictions.

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate in your projects. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have the right to submit any URL or domain for crawling and analysis. You must not use the Service to scan sites without authorisation, to attack or overwhelm third-party systems, or to collect personal data unlawfully.

Crawl results and reports are provided for your internal use. Do not misrepresent Fix SEO Today output as a certified audit or legal advice.

Optional integrations (including Google Analytics, PostHog, and other providers) require you to connect your own third-party accounts. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for the accuracy of credentials you supply.

We may disconnect or limit an integration if tokens expire, quotas are exceeded, or continued use would harm the Service or violate law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of export/sanctions rules.
• Attempt unauthorised access, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law allows.
• Abuse crawlers (excessive volume, targeting non-public systems, or circumventing rate limits) or use the Service to harm others’ websites.
• Resell access to the Service or share account credentials without our written permission.
• Abuse fair-use, spam, or fraudulent payment methods.

The website, branding, software, and Fix SEO Today content are owned by Design & Desktop, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes under your plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SEO results depend on third-party search engines, network conditions, and the sites you analyse. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Mandatory consumer guarantees under EEA/UK law remain unaffected where they apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For EEA/UK consumers, nothing excludes liability for breach of mandatory consumer rights.

You may cancel a subscription according to the controls in your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation typically stops renewal at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Fees already paid for a period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a goodwill refund (for example clear billing error or prolonged Service failure on our side).

As a US company offering the Service online worldwide, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a country with mandatory consumer protections (including the EEA or UK), you also retain the protection of those mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Courts of Delaware have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires a different process for material changes affecting consumers.
